We are on a mission to help YOU fall in love with health and fitness!

 

What is Fit Faster Bootcamp?

 

Fit Faster workouts utilise our refined group personal training system, so you get individualised coaching to cater to your abilities and fitness level.

 

Fit Faster isn’t about competition, body image or comparison. At Fit Faster it’s all about friendship and community, healthy bodies AND healthy minds. We inspire and support each other.

 

You will never be left behind or forced to keep up, and we won’t yell at you! We are NOT a Military Style Bootcamp.

 

Plus, we run transformation and fitness challenges and social events throughout the year to keep you motivated, meeting people and having fun.

 

Over the last 5+ years we’ve helped thousands of Scarborough (and its surrounding) residents lose fat and feel fabulous while getting ready for weddings and parties, running transformation & fitness challenges, summer slim-downs as well as training for triathlons, fun runs, obstacle races and all sorts of sports. It’s time to take action and train smarter!

 

What do the workouts consist of?

The workouts run predominantly in a circuit style for 45 mins with a combination of functional strength, core and cardio exercises. 

 

We use all types of different equipment such as slam balls, kettlebells, bands, TRX suspension trainers, balance boards, medicine balls, sand bags, agility ladders, ViPR’s and whatever the latest functional training equipment allows us to. 

THE TEAM

Owner & head Personal Trainer

 

WA born, mum of 2 great teenagers and spent much of my life working and travelling overseas. I returned to Perth back in 2012 and continued to work in the fitness industry. I absolutely love the outdoors, so it was only natural that I continue with bootcamps. And why wouldn’t I? With the magnificent Perth weather and stunning beaches, it really makes me feel like I have the best job in the world! 

 

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, working in Australia and overseas as a Personal Trainer. I am a qualified Cert 3 and Cert 4 Personal Trainer, AIK Advanced Kettlebell Coach, Certificate in Nutrition, Senior First Aid & CPR and am a certified Iron Yoga instructor.

 

I coach all the sessions at Fit Faster bootcamps, these sessions include strength training, cardio workouts, yoga and so much more! With all our training, I get to know everyone on a personal level, customise exercise for you to allow for different fitness levels, age, strength, injury and coordination. 

 

I coach you through any barriers you may have so you move and feel better! You’ll also likely sleep more soundly and have more energy for your family, friends and work. Now who doesn’t want that!

 

One of my greatest joys is to see people transform their lives into a healthy and active one, all whilst having a great time and meeting new people

 

Khama Pittaway

Personal Trainer Cert 3 & 4, Senior First Aid and CPR

 

Khama is a bundle of energy! If you are lucky enough to join one of her classes, you won’t be disappointed. Khama will guide you in every possible way to make sure you get the most out of your session. She is a delight and a fantastic coach  and you will be guaranteed to leave the session sweaty! 

 

 

Alison Chevin 

Personal Trainer Cert 3 & 4, Senior First Aid and CPR

 

Alison has recently joined the FFP team and does a fabulous job running some sessions. Her attention to detail in fitness techniques is spot on. She will always listen and adjust any exercises that are needed to suit you. Always the happy smiley face at the 6am classes!
