It's time to dust off your trainers and get running!
Our Saturday cardio sessions commence this Saturday (12th) at 8am sharp and they will be running for approx 4-6 weeks (number dependent)
This is a great way to get back into training or to boost your transformation in our 6 week challenge.
There is no experience necessary and it's open to all fitness levels and ages.
Our cardio sessions run for 45 mins and it's only $15 pp. Please BYO water and towel.
We meet at the Northern end of the Scarborough car park (near the gym equipment/toilet block area). Look out for our FFP yellow flag.
There is plenty of parking available.
