FFP udpate- winter is here!

Hi team!

Firstly, welcome to Josh, Darryl, Ebony, Rachel, Sam, Jason, Vicky & Emma on joining the FFP team! It’s great to see you all getting right into bootcamp!

As we near the end of week 3 of the 4 week Transformation Challenge, remember to stay on track- as you're almost there!

Take a moment to think about how far you’ve come. You should be feeling fitter, faster, stronger and overall feeling better about yourself. So be proud!

It’s been a very wet and wintery past few weeks and I am so pleased that most of you are making the effort to get to bootcamp. Training through Winter will just make it so much easier on yourself when Spring comes around.

Spring is only 2 months and 4 days away, so hang in there!

Make sure you get to bootcamp next week for the final week of the Transformation, this is where the sparkle happens!

It will be a lot of fun albeit challenging, but it’s a great way to see how much you’ve improved.

I will be doing final weigh ins and measurements next Thursday evening and Friday morning, so make sure you get to bootcamp a few minutes earlier.

The winner will be announced on Monday 8th July.

Dry July

If you are after another challenge, why not try going Dry for July!

You can even do some fundraising for a great cause. Get your family and friends to support you and all funds raised through Dry July go towards cancer support organisations across Australia, to help improve patient comfort, care and wellbeing.

Also having a month off alcohol has some great health benefits for YOU, such as better sleep, more energy, being more alert, weight loss and of course no hangovers! So you’re not only helping others, you're helping yourself. It’s a win-win!


The Chevron City2Surf is just around the corner! It’s on the 25th August, 2019 and you can choose from a 4 km run/walk, 12 km, 21km and the 42km.

If it’s something you’ve been thinking about for awhile….just do it. Once you have registered, come and chat with me and I can help you with a running program from couch to 5kms or even a comprehensive running program for a marathon.

FFP catch up - SAVE THE DATE!

It’s that time of year again, where we leave the activewear at home and come together for a casual gathering.

When: Saturday 6th July

Where: General Public Co - Doric St

Time: 6pm

They serve pizza, salads etc and also cater for gluten free, vegans and vegetarians.

RSVP is essential as we have limited space. Please email, text or see me at bootcamp.

Bali Bootcamp

Our Bali Bootcamp is starting on the 15th July for 5 days. I am really looking forward to our 1st bootcamp there, we have a busy schedule organised full of training, yoga, healthy eating and cleansing!

Whilst I am away, my lovely ladies Alison and Khama will be looking after you.

Please make sure you turn up to bootcamp for the girls.

Smashed avo on toast, avocado dip, avo and hummus ... the list goes on and on!

There are so many benefits of eating avocado's and at the moment they are reasonably priced, so go grab some today and get snacking!
